Christie salutes the success of its partners at the ProIntegration Awards 2012

Moscow, Russia (31st  October 2012) – Christie® products were short-listed in several categories at the ProIntegration Awards 2012, the national awards for professional AV and electronic systems integration.

Christie’s projection equipment, visualisation solutions and video processors can be applied universally across various market segments, and this versatility has helped its partners bring their clients’ plans to fruition in five complex areas represented by the different categories.

The ProIntegration Awards prize ceremony marked the end of the first day of the ISR 2012 exhibition, and was a memorable event for the Russian Pro-AV industry.

The winner of the Best Rental Solutions category was ART Polymedia, with its project to equip the APEC 2012 Finance Ministers’ Meeting, held at the Manezh Central Exhibition Hall. Different display equipment was installed for the meetings in 13 zones on two floors of the Hall. The Christie Vista Spyder X20 universal multi-display video processor allowed all presentations and broadcasts to be managed from a single, remote control point, and images to be displayed for the various business zones at the event.

The winner of the Best Solutions for Government Bodies category was Viking for its equipping of the St Petersburg Ring Road control room, where 72 innovative Christie® MicroTiles® modules were installed to create a video wall. The video wall in this complex is a vital part of the latest road traffic automation system, which has a wide range of applications. These include increasing the ring road’s capacity, improving traffic flow, improving road safety, optimising traffic speed, minimising the time spent entering and exiting junctions, improving fuel efficiency, and minimising emissions, as well as enhancing the efficiency of road services.
